超低功耗32.768K XOs和TCXOs提供1.5 mm x 0.8 mm和2.0 mm x 1.6 mm兩種外殼尺寸,具體尺寸取決于設(shè)計。這些器件的功耗極低,不到1 μA,在-40°C至+85°C的溫度范圍內(nèi)穩(wěn)定度從5 ppm開始,開發(fā)人員可以通過降低輸出信號的幅度并使其完全適應(yīng)應(yīng)用來進一步降低功耗。鑒于其極低的功耗,在1.2至3.63 VDC的VDD范圍內(nèi)提供的晶振型號專為電池供電應(yīng)用而設(shè)計,應(yīng)用范圍包括:例如可穿戴設(shè)備、GPS、智能手機、平板電腦、健康和保健監(jiān)控器、運動攝像機、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智能計量、智能住宅、工業(yè)(即使在高環(huán)境溫度下)、消費產(chǎn)品、汽車和嵌入式計算。特別是,超低功耗32.768 kHz硅振蕩器也適用于采用休眠技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,如藍牙低功耗和GPS。硅振蕩器技術(shù)中的差分XO、VCXOs和VCTCXOs可選LVCMOS、LVPECL、HCSL、LVDS或CML輸出信號,在0°C至70°C溫度范圍內(nèi)的頻率穩(wěn)定性為10 ppm,在-40°C至+85°C溫度范圍內(nèi)的頻率穩(wěn)定性為15 ppm,在最高800 MHz頻率范圍內(nèi)的抖動值極低,為0.3 ps。10年后5 ppm的老化小于石英晶體TCXO的老化。因此,這些振蕩器適合網(wǎng)絡(luò)和計算、服務(wù)器和存儲應(yīng)用、SONET、SATA、SAS、PCI-Express、路由器、全緩沖DIMM和光纖產(chǎn)品等應(yīng)用。VCXOs在1.0至625 MHz的極寬頻率范圍內(nèi)表現(xiàn)出色,拉高范圍可達1600 ppm。也可以選擇-40至+85°C范圍內(nèi)10 ppm至50 ppm的頻率穩(wěn)定性,其中10年后的長期老化為5 ppm。
