佛羅里達(dá)州邁爾斯堡—2023年2月8日—Crystek公司的CVCO33BE-2352-2408 VCO(電壓控制振蕩器)工作頻率為2352-2408 MHz,控制電壓范圍為0.5 - 4.5 V。該VCO具有典型的相位噪聲-101 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz偏移,具有出色的線性度。輸出功率一般為+2.0 dBm。CVCO33BE-2352-2408貼片晶振在美國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)和制造,采用行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)0.3 x 0.3英寸SMD封裝。輸入電壓為5 V,典型電流消耗為20 mA。拉力和推力分別最小化到10.0 MHz pk-pk和5.0 MHz/V。二次諧波抑制是典型的-15 dBc。CVCO33BE-2352-2408是數(shù)字無(wú)線電設(shè)備、固定無(wú)線接入、衛(wèi)星通信系統(tǒng)和基站等應(yīng)用的理想選擇。
